Pretty much. Why bother designing the leg, hands, feet when it'll just be covered by a robe? And it's not like we can glamour a chest piece to match the color/aesthetics of the gear.

With the exception of a VERY small handful, all the robes pretty much share the exact same design/outline, the only thing being different is the what filigree (belts, potions, etc) they decide to put on the robe

I want that bow!

I really /loved/ the Rank 38 MNK set when it came out, though.. I was possibly only R14 myself at the time.
It took quite a bit of effort, buuuut I got it eventually. I'm sure you can manage the same for this bard set! :D

T-That bow is kind of terrifying. It looks like we chopped the head off a unicorn and strapped it to an otherwise normal bow... @____@

Everyone is complaining about the White Mage gear but I love it. There's something almost Ascian about it... And the AST weapon looks great.

Who is the idiot that decided that MCH gear should look like BRD gear! We look ridiculous!!! It doesn't fit AT ALL!

And seriously, why does this game have such a fascination with ROBES, SKIRTS, SIDE-SKIRT things, and DRESSES for EVERY class set gear? Even tank gear for crying out loud.
