No more crazy than a gun attached to a sword. Besides, perspective does not work that way. The harp would have to be the size of the character holding it and the arrows on it three times the thickness of normal arrows just to match the length of the regular arrows if that where true. And if the arrows where decorative, why have the thing in the first place? It's already a pretty large and ornate piece. At least a harp would serve a function.
