PS4 troubles

Bought mine from PSN I got no codes.

No code needed for PSN and the 0 doesn't show up on Mog station yet. I got 2 downloads 1 yesterday morning and 1 last night after 11pm. I did have to reset it my PS4 once to get the user agreement. Logged in this morning did quest in Dragonhead in the closed room under the crystal and zoned into the new area without a hitch.

if you have/had downloaded the add on from psn prior to when it was "released" then you downloaded it, but it did not install. to get the second part of the download from SE, you have to install first.

Downloaded and installed both the heavensward standard edition and the preorder theme for PS3 three times already and I still can't access the quest to get to Ishgard. And yes, I have beaten all the main scenario quests pre-HW months ago.

And you've tied your pre-order entitlement to your service account? (The Mog Station will display "FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access PlayStation®3" on your service account)
Also, just to be sure, you've downloaded the Heavensward PSN software on the SEN account that you'll be using to play? If you meet both those criteria, then I'd ask that you please contact the Support Center so they can further assist you.

Yes, my account type displays Heavensward - Early Access PS(R)3. And I'm sure it's downloaded to correct SE account. Thanks for the suggestions. I have contacted the support center and hoping to at least get to play the last day of early access.

I had the same issue, it had appeared as if the expansion was downloaded and did infact fully install but after doing some research I discovered that there was an "add-on" related item to heavensward that needed to be downloaded onto my ps4 in order to actually access my preorder content.

I have an issue that I don't seem to find information on. Mog Station only says Standard, however I bought the Collector's Edition on the PSN.. Is that normal?

I just purchased a physical copy of Heavensward from a local store, followed the steps that came with up including, downloading the file from the PSN store using the code that came with the game. But for some reason when I go to the Final Fantasy XIV on my Playstation and go to "Related items" there is nothing about Heavensward or any additional downloads, and I know i have had to downloaded the file from Playstation store since the code that came with the game and which I used in the PSN store doesn't work anymore. I have done everything what was in the installation guide that came with the game, but something is wrong.
