Wtf SE? I don't get Excalibur for doing a fun side event?! You're seriously out of touch with your community.

Since 1.19 and company recruitment is indeed linked as many people have said, as well as the event starting on the 22cnd... patch day does seem likely to coincide with this^^ Would be a great surprise imo... most of us expecting very end of sept or beginning of oct with a probable pushback for 1.19. For once we may get a patch early :D

Sept 22 wouldn't be early, it'd be right on time :D

Do you ever think before talking out of your ass? Did I say I expected heavy loot? No. But SE events are often shallow and only the last one was worth anything in its loot (though it too was extremely shallow. I got my swimsuit. Now the rest of the event is worthless.) There will probably be like one interesting thing in this event and then you'll forget about it for the last 95% of the event time. I know I sure did with the Fire festival thing. At least it had something interesting for my character. (Lolitastic Lalafell bikini!)

event on 22nd, and the last day of summer is the 23rd, hmmm.....

Looking good! ^^ Love the way they are keeping all events connected to current storyline! ^^

I liked the currency...would be cool each city having its own currency other than gil...using the gold/silver/bronze system and gil being just a more general currency for interplayer business...

Also, seeing current event ends 20th and this one starts 22th...and 21th being wednesday, which the day patches often happen (most were monday or wednesday), i guess we also already have 1.19 date, huh? ^^

We don't have a 1.19 date -_-

The very fact that this post exists gives us a 1.19 date. Why the hell would they station recruitment officers around town to "pick our GC" if we can't actually pick our GC?

(Just FYI, "picking" a GC is a feature that comes with 1.19, so you just have to put 2 + 2 together)

Its seems like a 99% Probability That Patch will Fall the day of the Event, 1.19 is the Official Choose your Nation and you can't turn back phase. This Event is setting up Recruitment Officers to Take people into their Nation!
