1 or 2hr abilities and ARR. Do they have a place?

If you raid FCOB, you probably would be on the no 1-2hr CD side.
All the wipes and retries waiting for abilities to come back up.

I don't think 1-2hr abilities have a place in a game like FFXIV, no.
