To summarize: the bundle FF14 ARR+ heavensward can now be pre-ordered on the JP playstore. ( see here for the PS4 version:

Even though it doesn't seem to be on the net store, if you access the playstation store from your ps4, both heavensward normal edition and CE are available!! I just bought the CE and also received a nice Heavensward menu theme to go with it!
JP store only so far it seems, but the others must be close behind! -

I just checked the PS Store sneak peek for next week and what a surprise, FF HW is not there. But the sneak peek never features the entire list of releases so let's hope.
