I'm pretty happy that the chocobo racing is similar to mario cart and not just regular racing

Carbontwine from the weekly CT quest, eh? Good. I can finally upgrade my Poetics gear (I refuse to do Hunts and have so far only beaten T10 and 11, so... yeah).

They are not items. If they were they'd be in the item list at the bottom. I don't think there is going to be any RNG item drops in this. Sounds like straight up light farming to me.

Each card has a nice little lore-tastic description of the enemy/character/thing. I love it. That right there is reason enough for me to try and win em all!

I can imagine them doing it again. Light Farming isn't that bad. Compared to RNG fates and dungeons anyway. I just hope that if they end up doing it again you have a better way of tracking your progress.
