I am not saying its a bad idea, but if you do this the prices of housing will most likely sky rocket. The prices are only as low as they are right now because the prices are artificially deflated by the system and not tied to supply and demand.
Rather its ok for the prices to skyrocket in trade for a more liquid market is a judgement call and I don't have a particular opinion on it.
