Rabanastre's Carnival is Open!

I played FFXIV through alpha and beta, and then played when it was initially launched only to be disappointed that there was little added from beta and stopped playing shortly after launch. I am a die hard FF fan though and followed what was going on with the game since it flopped so hard. The game definitely looks like its improving so I figured Id start playing again and am looking for an LS to join for some group activities and to combat the dismal lack of chat in the game world atm.

My main is Forever Enraged, a 21 Pug, 18 Weaver. I'd love to join the Carnival and experience life in FFXIV as a carny. I played FFXI quite a bit, hope they bring back a BLU class in 14 sometime. Oh, and I've seen every episode of PSYCH ... twice ... so hit me up if you're still looking for members. ^^

I hope you end up enjoying the new direction XIV is headed and decide to stick around, you seem a good fit for our shell. If I can't get you tonight I'm sure we'll be able to hunt you down sometime this weekend for an invite. and yeah still plenty of room here, we are growing with the game, so won't be near capacity for a while- always on the hunt for quality new members

Hello - seems like a very friendly guild, seen lots of the members hanging about in Ul'dah. I'm currently on quite often, GMT time (which is rather unfortunate, primetime seems to be after 12am for me on Rabanastre, haha) and I'd love to join your LS. I mostly solo, and boy is that boring and ineffective, so I'd like to change that and get more parties going on :) I'm in the rank/level 20's currently as CON/THM, character name 'Silesta Vun'. So~ if I could join that'd be great!

Greetings, Carnival. I am Fendras Mysticetus, a Sea Wolf living in Limsa Lominsa. I have lurked around quietly on my own for some time, but I feel it's finally time to bravely step forward and attempt to get to know some people. That being said, mind if I join up? I'm around a decent amount when I have free time since I'm enjoying the game quite a lot, though I'm not a very high rank yet. I've been working at my own pace.

Our timezones are all over the place, but with a little luck I am sure we can help ease this solo burden of which you speak! Greetings to you as well Fendras! I was hoping that a LL based Sea Wolf would step up to the plate and give us a shot soon. A good portion of our ranks are Limsa natives, so I'm sure you'll be seeing plenty of us! We are still mostly a low/mid rank group, so I'm sure you'll feel right at home. Haha although we are not from the same server but anyway congrats on the job well-done, seems like you have some good man with you pal ^^ Making this comment cause i know the pain of building up a LS when there are dozens of them ard ww

This LS sounds right down my alley. I've had trouble finding a LS that I truly enjoy being in. Most people are too closed minded and have no imagination but from the description you seem to welcome "crazy ideas"(usually my normal ideas) and find a way to make things work with what you got. I really like that way of thinking. Hit me up with a pearl if you want someone who can juggle 6 chainsaws and eat burning toxic toad oil.
