what is the stat cap for the HQ wrist guards? I got a NQ one and its +16 gathering meld, and 62 gathering total.

just caught 2 of this in a row, lol

so far I caught 3 of 3 of the new fish, did they remove the "fish got away" or was rng on my side?

time + weather seem to be all the same for the big fish which require x amount of other fish caught before showing up

Anyone have any idea what the current Gathering limit is for Fishers?

(Also drat, I was really hoping that I wouldn't have to be paying out the nose for the new HQ Forager's gear, but unless I missed a new gathering food that adds like +35 gathering or something that's out of reach...)

maximum without the ilvl 80 rod is 409

(supra rod, guildbuff +10, +24 HQ Food, Full Foragers Set and ilvl 70 accessories)

Max Melded w Supra = 375G / 304P
Plus HQ Spinach Quiche = 399G / 313P
Plus both FC Buffs = 409G / 323P

Ironworks rod = +12G, +6P

the ilvl 80 rod isnt needed, got it with 409
5 min time window after catching 3 little thalos

beside the 402+ gathering which are required it is one of the easiest new fish so far. Getting the 3 thalos takes only 5-10 minutes and you can catch them 24/7 during rain/shower

Mahar in Witchdrop, Coerthas. Mooch from Cloud Cutter during Blizzard. I'm fairly certain it has the weather transition requirement of Clear -> Blizzard however. Caught with 383 gathering, 359 is too low.

was it your first "weather" fish and do you got the info message about them after catching?
