Edit - Yeah people could be right with the mix of post and likes.
My other account has 212 but has 3 golds and 2 silvers.

The Atma RNG strikes again...each post you make could get you a gold medal..or not.

It's odd, I got my first one exactly at 100 posts, perhaps each gold medal corresponds to a specific milestone? One for X posts, one for X likes given, one for X likes received...
