Sometimes I will..other times I will wanna kick you off of the Limsa decks to the waters below.

Guess that depends on how good the petting is.... and what else is going on at the time.... =)

It seems that Miqo'tes actually purr when they talk sometimes, not all of them because of Y'shtola but the leader of the U tribe does and I've seen a few Miqo'te NPC do it too.

The "Y" tribe is related to Jaguars (it's actually in the Miqo'te lore) so this supports my theory. :)
