LOL if you value your classes core mechanic then just dont engage with 2 classes at all, abandon your teammates fair scholar and run away from the flag, run back to the safety of your spawn area!

Well, at path 2.3 it is "Oh no a Scholar or a WHM! I'd better SPRNT AND GET AWAY" but still die any way.

That is not a balance either isnt it.

yet again, this is team PvP, where are your tanks that is suppose to assist you?

Now they dont have to, it is Monk's job now isnt it? Did it balance out? While you are complaing about MNK on you, it is same to the opposite team. This now force Paladin and Warrior to get back to their own role.

I think this adjustment (dispellable Aetherflow) is a good balance adjustment for Frontlines. With some fiddling, buffs like protect and stoneskin or HOTs like regen and medica II will get dispelled before the Aetherflow.
