OP needs to keep in mind that they word it "At this time...".

The first time people asked about dying Darklight armor we got the responce "At this time we have no plans..." but eventually they made it dye-able.

When people asked for dyable AF the response was "At this time we have no plans..." but now (though the process is rather dumb) we have dye-able AF.

Just because they don't have plans now, doesn't mean things won't change later.

Yes, we already knew that hunts were coming, but that doesn't stop hunts from having been added as a response to players.
