The cost of fracture is TOO DAMN HIGH!

Yeah, don't shoot the messenger. I'm sure the community guys would want to answer each question that comes up, which might even be questions they have themselves. There's only so much they're privy to and even less they're probably allowed to say at any given time.

Well, the fact that he referred to the TP cost rather than the actual effects of the ability kind of makes the response pointless.

Fracture is bad because it doesn't do enough, not because it's expensive.

Then again pretty much every class has a similar problem.
I do hope that they address these skills before just adding new ones.

This is why I said what I did. Its not that I don't love each and every thing our Community Reps are doing for us, and I understand being the messenger is a tough job, and I appreciate everything the Reps do, but I guess what I am trying to say is I am looking forward to seeing what class balances SE has in store for us besides the zero plans to change the TP cost of Fracture.

Very well said! I appreciate all these kinds of posts and look forward to a dev response on any subject, really. It makes me feel that the company, and the community cares about the players.

Well, RIP Fracture then.

I use fracture on both warrior and paladin.

Paladin is pretty "meh" to maximize as its so heavily made to be simple and easy to use, i try to squeeze the most out of the job out of it as i can.

When any enemy "jumps" i try to land a fracture on it before hand. Or if there is a duel tank fight such as Ultima Hard mode, or Ifrit, Titan extreme etc, i use it in conjunction with my stoneskins. When i am with another tank, i cast stoneskin on them as many times as my Riot blade, fracture rotation will allow.

So no the use of fracture is not useless on cross jobs, nor is it really too expensive. I have no issues with TP management on warrior unless i'm AoE'ing ... but even then i rotate in flash and Steel Cyclone and i rarely rarely run out of TP, never do i run out if DPS isnt absolutely horrid.
