I don't know if it's related, but 2 or 3 times, I've had a black screen after leaving coil (in 2.1)
Every time that happened, the graphics card drivers reported a TDR (Timeout Detection and Recovery), and everything went back to normal.
This is on PC.
Whatever the problem is, it doesn't sound like anything that is easily reproducible so that it actually can be debugged and fixed.
I'm on PS3, and I've been having this loading issue every now and then. It's usually when I try to teleport somewhere (whether it's Mor Dhona or the Mist)...
my recent loading issue was after registering for Levi EX with my party and my screen just couldn't get to the cutscene before the fight.
Luckily I haven't bumped into this as of yet. Although I have had random D.C's when doing coil, which is even more annoying.
