To be fair- a lot of those people that asked for grinds asked for group grinds... not public spamfest grinds.
Just because you don't like the idea and/or don't like the implementation doesn't mean that you should ignore that this is not what those players were asking for- this was SEs ignoring what was asked and forcing more of their pet design down people's throats.
Don't get mad at the grind players- they didn't ask for this. I don't remember anyone asking for more fates.
