OP: I got a lot of class/jobs at 50, I'm "pro". People are not playing the way I like them to, these "newbies" needs to listen to me.
While some of the points are valid, some aren't and the general tone is insulting.

I can understand where the OP is coming from though his words are a bit rough. As a healer, i see many times when tank has to put up with a lot of flak from other players. Tanking is hard and when a party wipes, it's usually the tank that gets blamed. Sometimes, dps need to hold off DPS for a few seconds so tank can get hate, or a lot of times i see others moving ahead of the tank only to get agro and get killed. Not every tank plays the same and a little patience is needed when doing dungeons. Also, seems like everyone is in a rush to get things done and this can get your party killed.

Don't let OP fool you, I'm obviously much more 1337sauce than them, I mean I've cleared turn ONE. Yeah, give you a minute to soak that in, folks.. But honestly, why is this even a topic? It's like giving a monkey a loaded rifle. It won't ever end well, no matter the situation said monkey is in. Don't like how some people act? Don't hang out with them! Problem solved, moving on.. Now if you will excuse me, I will be clear cutting the Black Shroud..
