I am having the same issue as well. Out of curiosity, what cpu/gpu is everyone using? Just trying to see if there is some commonality in this.

Same problem here, happening every time I exit the game since the update. Windows 7 64-bit, Radeon HD 6800 series (driver software fully updated), AMD Bulldozer FX 8120 processor.

Well then... guess it's not just me. Seems to happen roughly 4/5 times I exit game.

Desktop: ATI Radeon HD5800, Win 7 x64
Laptop: Gforce GTX 675M, Win7 x64
Same issue here, have to "end task" it to be able to exit the game.

Also having this issue since the patch, no error just a black screen that has to be task manager'd closed.
Same issue for me. I am using Windows 7 Professional 64Bit OEM with all the latest updates.
