Translations (JP to English)

You'll probably have existing NA-based servers available, but the new ones will be closed to you for a while until their economies are established.

Im sure it will have NA EU JP will have existing and new servers. And yyou can transer from existing to existing and new to new, but you cant do new to existing and vise verse.

Probalby they will have new worlds for existing players to move to the data center near them but at same time make it where current players can't go to other new worlds specific for new players starting from very beginning. I would think that would be the best option for ARR start and later in year/two have an option to move to other worlds (the new restricted ones for new players only open up at this time as well.) like XI's goldpass Elexia mentioned above.

Clearly they will have two different types of servers. Servers for exhisting players with data centers in their region and servers that are the same, but you can only create new characters on them.

You won't be able to transfer to these servers for a while because their community and economy needs to be established.

The main reason for this is that when listening to the music if the lyrics are in English or Japanese you will get curious about the lyrics and the melody wont come in smoothly so it's better using unfamiliar language.

Yes. In ARR you will be able to select current existing worlds upon creating a new character so players starting at ARR can play together with friends from current version. However please understand that if there are many returning players and there are worlds that reaches the max number of character limit like regular rule we may have to suspend the character creation for that target world temporarily.

Yes. Even if you are player from current version if you create a new character at ARR you will be able to select the new worlds.

ARR Spirit Bonding - HQ gear / Gear with materia's

Currently when you try to meld materia on HQ gear the success slightly increases but when you spirit bond an HQ gear you don't get any bonus at all. You're spirit bonding HQ gear so would be nice if there were bonuses where it produces materia with higher value or increase the chance to produce higher tier materia. (If it's level 41+ then it increases chance to produce tier IV)

確かに現状ではHQ装備をマテリア化するメリットがないので新生版では少し調整を入れようと考えています。
It is true that currently there are no merit to spirit bonding HQ gear therefore we are thinking of making some adjustments in ARR.

具体的には、ご要望として挙げていただいたようにHQ装備やマテリア装着済みの装備をマテリア化した際、上位マテリアができる確率を少し引き上げる予定です。
Basically the plan is like the one you suggested where when you spirit bond HQ gear or materia melded gear to increase the possibility of producing higher tier materia.

確かに食事アイテムの製作に必要な素材数などを考えると、もう少し効果があってもいいのかもしれませんね。
新生版でのバトルバランス調整との兼ね合いもありますので、そこを考慮した上で食事アイテムのHQの恩恵について検討してみます。
When thinking about amount of ingredients/materials required to craft food item it may be better to have some more effect.
In ARR we also have adjustments to battle balance so with that in mind we will look into HQ food item stats/benefit.
