The main reason people complained about it was, because it was the only option. You had to engage with this MASSIVE content or you wouldn't get it. Bozja was a step into the right direction, but it had different problems.

- Bozja:
Why the heck is the most efficient way of doing the relic not doing Bozja? It should've been the other way round. Instead of having HW FATEs 100% drop the memories, Bozja CEs should've had 100% drop rate (plus a chance to drop up to 3 memories at once) and Skirmishes 100%, while HW FATEs should only have had a chance to drop them. Likewise CLL should've given 5 memories per run from the start on release, and not be almost equal to Crystal Tower.
Then, running Void Ark and Rabanastre 6x each is WAY too monotonous. It should've been like "clear all 3 Shadow of Mhach Raids & all 3 Ivalice raids and get half the memories you need". That way it would've felt FAR less monotonous, since you only had to do every content twice, instead of 6 times.

Square Enix should start understanding that people do not hate the content that they release per se. They almost always just hate certain aspects of it, and those aspects have to be cut out with a scalpel, not a chainsaw.

Even the RNG aspect wasn't the main issue but rather how ridiculously low the percentage was. Pre-nerfs, you were looking at 1% or less. With the sheer amount of Atma needed this could easily become upwards of a thousand FATEs or more. If they were say, 50% or even 25%, it wouldn't have seen anywhere near the same level of criticism. Although, I'm in agreement to just up the amount necessary and remove the RNG component entirely.

As for Bozja, I suspect the reason HW FATEs were far and away superior is due to the free trial having only just started including Heavensward. They wanted to make the zones appear lively for new players. Nevertheless, as someone who really enjoyed Bozja it irked me to no end how frequently farming outside of it was simply better. Not to mention the few steps that outright forced us to do something else. I'm all for giving players options but don't disincentivize the content that's supposedly built with the relic in mind.

I have a strange feeling the grind is coming kupo <3 perhaps final step or next one.

I say to make both sides happy make most the steps easy like this one and then final step make it a grind from hell that way if you really really want it (even though you know next expansion its just for looks by then) you can grind it up.

Lets not forget the wondertails if you get lucky get easy 500 tombs.

Also unless you are going for the glam or savage (and even then its an argument) you would be fine with just augmented crafted or aug lunar..or even normal lunar...

In other words...don't fret kupo <3 get it or not its up to you and nothing wonderful or damning will happen if you do it or don't.

So enjoy ^_^ be happy..you pay ..stay happy...don't pay for stress kupo <3

People are voicing their disagreements with ideas and their own personal thoughts on the matter, yet I always just see you attacking the people you respond to, not their ideas. You're not being constructive.

People are allowed to content with the relic atop. Not everyone wants to get their pitch forks out. I've said that I think this step is work-accomdating and I appreciate that. And there's literally nothing wrong with feeling that way. I get you're dissatisfied. You're allowed to feel that way. Just like people are allowed to be content with it.

You said before that the person you were responding to was raging and being immature. Yet here you are, constantly being rude to them. But I guess it's okay to be awful to someone as long as they disagree with you. :/
