How do you get the AF set? Is this from the level 80 job quest or from Goetia?

You have to talk to the Gerolt clone in The Tempest. Not sure if you have to just be at 80 or done with whole the story to get it but talking to him you can just claim them.

You also have to finish the role quest line for job you want gear for
