Chest confirmation with finish in less than 25 minutes. Simple strategy, use Quickstride to get past key points (first part after the second CS, second one before ogre, next after ogre in the small hallway/or you can use in the hallway before the boss), ensure ALL DoM don't stand near the archers while they AoE down the skeletons, and kill Batraal normally. Arrival at the boss at 44:00 is key. (Hint, BR)

Have to get Ogre to Elbow drop the garlean shield to break through in time.

I did not yet.

Once the speed run is done for our group and we have bows/swords, I will get right on it.

Has anyone done it with a GLA tank or is MRD tanking essential for speed?

Also, how essential is bowmanship for quickstride?
