As long as they get rid of the Hamlet Seal pre-req, it's actually a pretty peachy progression, no matter how you cut it, it's just tacked on to prolong the process.

Still up in the air on how their scaling down in 2.0 will be, but in 11 it was terrible. Most people equipped gear from the level range the content was capped at simply because your scaled down 50 gear wasn't on par or better, thus aggravating the inventory situation. I guess it boosted the lower level economy somewhat because most just bought gear from the AH and resold it once they were done.
Rein, come back to the game so you can get your relic! :p
Wish I can been busy after moving to the single family home. Tons of kids toys I had to figure out where to move along with all the manga comic books lol finally getting to slow down and now I got my sons first day at elementary tomorrow at same time I just got severe toothache and need to get root canal tomorrow. Damn tooth hurt so much can't do anything at all... antibiotics they gave me making the pain get worse than better... I don't understand this... and the cost of root canal treatment gonna kill me lol orz.... wanna at least get Van Darnus battle finished orz orz orz
This was pretty much the whole reason I never undertook the quest in the first place. I don't mind the challenging content like Ifrit Xtreme, but I guess the other stuff was way more effort than I was willing to put in. I'm curious to see how they plan to ease the difficulty (read time sink and luck) of the quest once weapons start coming out that surpass them.
Also glad to see that they'll hopefully be expanding on some of the unanswered questions from the current main story. I really want to see the Sahagins that were mentioned in LL's. The Ascian and the weird looking Elezen dude from the LL story would be nice to revisit and get more info on as well. I never did Uldah or Grid's stories (will probably make new characters just to do them) so I don't know what unanswered questions riddle those storylines.
Awww!!! We do miss you and your Subligar and my DV!!
Wait. Rein's too busy to play, but he's still doing all these translations for us?
Wow. I thought I was grateful before, but you, sir, are even more generous than I thought.
We really, really appreciate it, Rein.
