Female Hrothgar as a playable race. Show your support!

I had to go back and rewatch the trailer again when ppl were mentioning about the stranger voice, the fanfest audience mixed with the actual trailer made it a tad inaudible for me. So, if she is female hrothgar, sounds quite mature and would hopefully put fears to rest that they're short, cute or girly. However, the jp sounds pretty feminine(young) compared to the english. And there is always the chance it just a lalafel lol. Especially when there is just a lala and roe with wol and Erenville on the boat. I don't know if fanfest trailers edited/remove things(ala. characters) only to be put in as we get the fuller, complete trailer.

They did edit out the WoL's weapon so it's not completely out of the realm of possibility that they withheld a character from that scene as well. Showing up in the full trailer would certainly be a great way to add impact to the female Hrothgar reveal. If she looks really cool and badass it may even increase interest in the race in general, not that it matters how popular they are.

And as many others here or elsewhere(Random Player or Content Creator) pointed out.

We've had previous Expac/Patch Teasers/Trailers have Voiced Characters who aren't on Screen.

Though, I imagine based on that dialog, it's either near the coast, or on land.
[but again, as you've all said, still way to early to know for sure. But a welcome surprise if it all does end up true.]
Making a Small, but honestly not massively huge piece of the puzzle to fall into place.
[Which if so, at least I hope it's of some solace, even if temporary for some.]

It could be that she was edited out to prevent spoilers, the boat is very big for only 5 people to be on it (Meteor, Erenville, Alphinaud, the Lalafell and the Roe) or that her dialogue is taking place somewhere else and the voice line was just layered on top. IF this voice does belong to a female Hrothgar it would put me at ease since she sounds very mature. As for the JP one, as far as I know, their female characters always sound more youthful than their English counterparts. Unless it's a Lalafell, I swear Yuyuhase gave me a jumpscare when I first heard him.

I hope we will get to see something at the EU Fan Fest.
