Can also opt for Whale Stern over Unkiu for same surv; it's slow, but it has a bit more range and a little more retrieval. Makes for a great looking submarine to boot! :p

Has anyone seen evidence that maxing out Surveillance increases the chance of a rare drop? Or is it an on/off thing where you get a flat chance as long as you clear the minimum threshold?

Also anyone have good builds given the answer to the above?
