Active subscribers fuel content for everyone, discouraging an active raid community (the community that while not comprised of the largest percentile is actually the most likely to sub for consecutive months) by creating content that has them leaving the game is bad for business.

Exclusivity comment was referring to eso upgrade materials.
Right now they're exclusive to Savage.
New raid comes out, they probably won't be.
Had its period of exclusivity.
If you want more reason for people to bang their heads on the brick wall that is Savage(soooo many 1% wipes on A1S because my friend's static doesn't outgear it yet, is super casual and got a few people that aren't top notch), then it either needs to be more accessible or have something else tied to it.
Removing anything from normal will just make them spite you. See: wow raiding. Gutting lfr gear didn't up participation elsewhere.
Right now, normal is too easy and Savage is too hard for your average group. You can't bribe people into banging their junk in a drawer. -

ALEX NM was the best thing that happened to this game. you can get stuff done without begging others to help you. Or staying in standby for months trying to find a static.the other good thing about this , is that is more server friendly.you get to play with everyone and educate others without the hustle.
ALEX savage ..... The only thing I don't like from it it's the gear. They should of give it a completely different design to it. Plus this raid is not part of the story mode so it's just optional. -

This...This is a great example of why I don't do HC Raids. Just wow. But don't take away my NM, its relaxing and fun. I enjoy it sometimes :) I don't really care what happens to Savage mode, besides, compared to the amount of people playing the game, the amount of people playing Savage is small.

That's what needs to be done with alex NM. The gear needs to be inconsequential to raiding. The gear aesthetics could have remained the same, but if they HAVE TO release alex NM 1st, the ilvl should be the same of what is already available gear wise.Quote:

Cant make everybody happy so SE did the next best thing they gave everyone the same content but increased the difficulty for Hardcore players. Again if you are a raider that loves the story + love hardcore content then run NM once for story then run savage mode for the hardcore content. That is no way shape or form discrediting any content in the game.
NM will always be for the casual to mid core player group which is the majority of the player base. It will never be for the hardcore groups so that is why they get a Savage mode.
Again nobody is forcing anyone to run the crap out of NM then go run the crap out of Savage mode. If you get bord well fine go find something else to do. 3.1 will introduce the new relics and the new airship open world style raids. So stop complaining and let EVERYONE enjoy all the content that SE offers. -

It sound like you want your cake and eat it to. Guess what it cant happen. NM in all honesty is for midcore players. Casuals will try it but not really farm it like the midcore level. Savage is for hardcore players. Midcore will try it but wont really farm it. Dungeons are more for capping tomes and casual players.
Midcore players have been feeling left out for a long time (since 2.0 launched) and the only somewhat midcore raiding to do was the 24 person raids. Mean while casual and hardcore players were getting tons of content that were more for there speed.
NM is SE's way of trying to fill in the gaps for all styles of play. So why is everyone so salty over SE trying to fill in the gaps for all types of game play?
CHILLAX and wait for 3.1.
