Happens 24/7 CANNOT LOG IN AT ALL. ERROR 2002 ALL THE TIME!

edit: only started happening after the big maint 2 days ago! Before, no issues..

When does error occur: Since September 2nd, it happen all the time. I get random lag spikes, other players not moving, NPC's not interacting and most of the time it ends up with a 90000 error.
