Big Congrats man! You will forever be remembered as a rags to riches story for MMO players. While its sad that we will be loosing the bridge between us and the jp dev team, I think you will be able to do even more good things for the game now!

Congrats on the job man. Hope as one of your new duties they let you do live and dev translations on the job. You kept us up to date and even ahead of English official postings with your translations. It'll be a giant hit to the community to lose both of these and I hope your supervisors realize this.

You are a part of FINAL FANTASY XIV's and thus SQUARE ENIX's universe as a whole, so congratulations on furthering this relationship with the company. As it used to be a dream to you -- and I sincerely hope this is not going to end anytime soon --, I am all the more glad that you did not balk at the offer because of your wages. Ha, and thank your lovely wife too -- followed the story on Twitter a little bit.
