Hey gang, wanted to drop in a few tidbits about the impending release of the Goobbue mount! In regards to how to obtain the mount, it's going involve speaking with an NPC with a character above level 30 which will then give you an item to call the Goobbue.

Now as to whether or not the Goobbue will have its own music... it seems like the sound team has created a brand new song for it! :) We have a comment below from Soken (from the sound team) about his inspiration for the song.

200 mil isn't really rich though, its like a couple weeks tops if you've got a mid-high level DoH/DoL

Well I only have 700k at all times soooooo ya, it is super rich for me.

No quest, no lore...

Just a free Goobbue mount to players with at least one lvl 30 class (read: everybody)

This is what I was afraid of.

At this point, the best I can hope for is a Treat Staff II-style cooldown timer.

Uematsu has moved on.. we have new composers now -- and they are quite good. :)
