The upgrade from 200 to 210 using I think just the mhach farthing from void ark allows it to be dyeable (forgive me if wrong it's been awhile)

Finally can dye this armour! Tried to combine it with the Sky Pirate Gauntlets and the new heavy metal sabatons. Although I feel like the shire gloves would fit better overall.. oh well

One that is kind of fragile is the Aurum Regis Necklace (small white crystals), which would probably fit your glamour fairly well :)
If you would like something more massive, maybe try the Ironworks Necklace of Gathering/Crafting, it's white and blue, and the blue part is kiiind of shaped like an ice crystal?

There are also various ribbons in the game, and I'm sure some are white (Ramie Ribbon, I think..?), so you could try that, but it's more of a cute design than something ice-themed.
