Yoshida doesn't recognize Open World Dungeons as dungeons. So, when he said it was a new dungeon, he meant it was a new instance.

It just means that Tam-Tara is a new instanced dungeon rather than the old open world cave.

it was said before (maybe in the pdf? or devs? ) that all non-istanced dungeon will be converted in istanced.

And i'm very happy with this if they can offer more challenge and content than now.. Also with content finder, ppl will finally look forward these dungeons.. :P
