Currently Highlander but wanting to change races. Torn between Au Ra and Miqocats, so in case I do change to Miqo he would look like this in theory. What you think?

I know this is extremely off topic. But how do you guys deal with depression? I'm currently going though a mild attack and currently finding it hard to log on many things as of late. I'll post a picture so I'm not completely off topic but I really want some advice on what others do. Cause everything I've tried seemed to not have much of an effect. :c

Well this probably isn't a great place to talk about it but I just do things to take my mind off IRL stuff. Mostly FFXIV related or browsing stuff like Tumblr, listening to music, watching movies. Anything to get your mind in the right place. It's impossible to get rid of depression all day long but at least for a little while find something you enjoy to distract you. Also medication helps which I am attempting to get on soon (since I also have these issues). I'm no expert but at least finding distractions helps for me temporarily.
