I agree. Silence and tact are forms of "good judgement in communication." The "barse" and "farm" identifiers accomplish this too. But these are guidelines, not laws. Complaining that particular players are acting "badly" by simply joining a "farm" or "barse" party before they are ready (based off information analyzed from a third party tool) is as much a fallacy as the OP's orginal argument. In my experience, truely high level play is more than mastering kits, classes and content. It extends to how a player treats others too. In this way, a truly great player might be one who can optimize and not feel the need to troll/bully others in game...or other areas on the internet.

Because while being bad at video games and hitting enrage after enrage might be frustrating, that is only video game stuff. Nobody deserves to be then additionally harassed on top of it. There is a massive difference between playing Sekiro and dying, and being verbally attacked by teammates in League of Legends.

Kicking someone out of the group because their performance isn't up to par is not harassment. It is only harassment if you begin berating them; simply kicking someone from the group is within the allowed boundaries and is nothing like "being verbally attacked by teammates in League of Legends." The person who made the PF group is in charge and it is their right to design the rules and decide who gets to stay; they shouldn't have to bow out and make a new group if someone in the group is not performing to their standard, and it is not harassment if they silently kick said person from the group.

If someone makes the party finder group, it's their right to decide the rules for that party. If you don't like it, you are free to make your own PF group. That is how it always has been and always will be.

I feel like half of this thread is people who have a mostly reasonable view of parsing (that as long as people aren't being singled out or harassed about it, who cares) and the other half people who probably don't realize that parsers are everywhere. If you've ever been in a PF or done an alliance raid, you've been parsed. You're being parsed all the time. For every 1 person that announces it there are 1000 doing it in secret. People are watching your numbers literally all the time and guess what? 99.9% of the people who are parsing your numbers don't care about how good or bad you're doing. Your performance is irrelevant to them. And those people that someone will go and run and tell their discord buddies about? You can see them from a mile away without the need of any 3rd party tools.

So if you're the type to get all bent out of shape that the entire world is silently judging your performance I don't know what to tell you. Cause they are watching and they don't care. So you be you and let them be them.

Ppl don't even mention if they are using it or not. Only exception is maybe the logs groups in PF, but there's no reason to join thoose groups if you don't wan't to be barsed.

There's toxic players sure but ignoring all the other polite players who would even gladly help you out to get better is also toxic imo.

Ppl 100% against barse are just selfish.
