Or they just waysided us, the same way we've been waysided for a while. No EU datacenter, 1 Fanfest day compared to NA and JP's 2 days... Hell. and we barely get any community contests to enter as opposed to other regions. We're third-class customers which aren't worth applying fixes for, and pay £42 extra on our copy of heavensward for the privilege of being treated as unimportant.
Sorry for sounding salty. I'm happy for you guys that you got to pre-order, hopefully you got the CE you wanted. In regard to SE though, words can't describe how terrible thier service is to EU players.
The site said my order was completed but I have not received a confirmation.. and I have no charges of any kind on any of my cards or accounts and nothing shows on PayPal anywhere like I was believe it should..
But I do have a order # with the codes in my Order History. I'm hoping that means my order really did go through... or I think I might just go cry in a corner. Does everyone think I should be okay?
Okay, serious question. Say I've placed and order and am on that little screen that says "Please wait while your payment information is verified by our banking services. This may take up to 1 minute." and let's say it's been 30+ minutes since you got there. Should I try to refresh it? I'd hate to ruin the order, but I don't think it's suppose to take this long.
Ugh, yeah that's what I'm worried about. But damn, it's been on that screen for almost an hour with no sign of change. I could go to sleep and I bet when I wake up it'd still be the same.. and I kinda need to do that (sleep).
