When trying for weather I find it helps a good bit to rearrange the list of locations into groups by time of day. At least that way you can teleport around after weather change to each and grab quite a few at once if you are lucky.

It's funny because lot of hard vistas are found but the #42 who is really easy to find is not in OP. Don't know if someone has already found it but if not it's really weird ^^'
