Yes, we're looking into it so the structure will be like that.

新しいグラフィックエンジンで自身のキャラクターがどう変わるか確認して、
今のキャラクターの容姿から変更したい部分だけを変更することが可能になる予定です。
It is being planned that with the new graphic engine you will be able to check how your character will change and be able to change parts from the current character.

As for the +2 and +3 will be changed to +1's just like the stat changes they made in 1.20 for +2 and +3 gear all being same as +1 gear.

(in a more harsh way) and this one Triairy just saying what was mentioned already before that seasonal events are items to show that you participated in those events when it actually happened so it's not something they can just give out easily. Of course your voices has been heard by the devs and they will add different gears designs and within that they are also looking into swimsuit with new design. Please look forward to it.
