I'm noticing it seems like only Maelstrom players are able to amass 1000+ allied seals in a week. >_>

Try it with a mithril mesail? Might look less train robber and more ninja.

EDIT: I've also farmed well over 3000 seals in a week, and that's with taking 2 days off hunting. If you have linkshells, plenty of time and a proper group, it's really not that difficult.

I really wanted to try that but since I'd have to use specific hairstyles for that to cover up some parts of the Mithril Mesail, I opted to go for the Cotton Scarf.
Even though I wanted to try out that Ninja-look, I was surprised that the Cotton Scarf option looks pretty good as well :3

Serpent gear looks quite boring, Flame stuff looks nice too though. But i guess it's mostly ppl from Maelstrom, that go for gear, while Serpents go for sands/etc instead.
You can go look at hunter-scholars, in Gridanian camps, and you can see what Serpent gear looks like, and same for Ul'dah camps. They aren't wearing head-gear though.

I actually like the Serpent's tank one. It goes along with my "bulky armor" thing. Damn shame about the cost though.

Myself and 3 buddies work at the Post Office... and with the new Postman/Postwoman titles, we decided to go all out and gear up in "Eorzean Postal Attire". I realize it's mundane, but we love the WTF response in 8-man DF's.

Im not fond of the serpent armor (except the mage head, I want to get that and make some kind of forest witch outfit) but the weapons are all very pretty, especially the sword.

I am pretty sure people are going for the mage gear for the Immortal Flames. The DoW gear doesn't look too bad though.

Ah yes, if I leveled my Bard to 50 that would be the bow I would use as glamour. That bow, is the best bow, ever. It may not be glowy and sparkly, but damned if it isn't detailed as hell. When I saw that bow in the viewer (Try On) I was immediately impressed by it's detail as well as size. Amazing.

Yup it is one amazing bow, a couple of my FC mates with BRD alternate class are buying that bow first instead of a weapon of their main job :p
