Just curious how you can claim not to be exclusionary but then turn around and say 70% of applicants don't get in. That sounds like the definition of exclusion.

That's a really simple one actually! We're very selective about who we allow into the guild based on their personality. We don't exclude people based off skill or any predetermined things like that. Once you're in though, we also do not exclude people from runs because they're new, not geared as well, or don't have much experience with a fight.

In your case, we don't find dead babies and racial humor funny, which are two things you indicated that you were a fan of in your application. You wouldn't have fit in well with the rest of our community. We could have let you in, then found out that you wouldn't fit well at all and removed you from the guild then, but we figure denying an application is a much easier way of handling it.

thanks for replying, im fine with your decision, its your guild, do as you wish. On a side note, we just added the babies/racial statement to see if you guys were truly adults who could handle off color humor as you said, but its seems not. Try not to be so offended by words, those who are, appear very small minded.
