I am on Shentel in Rustburg, VA and having this issue. It's fine when I tether my smartphone, but my home internet does this on both PC and PS3. It also works perfectly fine if I connect to Japanese servers. It's only the US servers on Shentel that have the issue.

I was not seeing this occur before the patch, but afterwards I receive the error 90000 very soon after signing in. Sometimes 60 seconds, sometimes 5 minutes, but always very soon.

unsure because Slingshot do not monitor it the same way as other ISP's are expected too.
if it is in fact registering as p2p i dont want them thinking im a baddie, they wont alter my connection or tell me im doing it wrong.
add Slingshot to the list.

Pretty much any FATE herd will kill my connection. I'm actually avoiding crowded areas.
I m avoiding the game atm ...
I will again point out it is not our ISP's throttling but something on the side of SE's router connection in Montreal.
