Oh I had plenty of issues with the mobile site (NA) had to log in on my computer to do it.

Hmm, perhaps the EU shipping and tax/VAT is worse, which could end up like:

$130 + $30 shipping + $32 tax (20% of $162?) = $192

Expensive to be sure, but the hours of fun per (dollar/pound/euro) should still be pretty good I hope!!

This is where I'm at too, and I can't try to order another because I don't have enough funds to support that. So I'm worried this is going to fall through and I'll end up getting screwed over.

Maybe they were testing some "fixes" on the NA site, but it was still mostly unresponsive and only barely operational. Presumably the EU store will learn from the NA issues and work much better when it reopens.

[I would expect and certainly hope that they weren't thinking "oh yeah, let's make the site not load and if it ever does let's make it take 2 hours to check out, and let's be especially cruel to our EU players because... we hate them!"]

Never attribute to malice what is adequately explained by incompetence.

The charge is temporary, kinda like seeing if you actually have the money. You actually wont get charged until it actually ships. Try going back to store home and clearing cart. Then try ordering the CE you want again. That worked for me.

Well it's expected to be more expensive, plus they'll probably charge shipping on top of the £130 , but I can't think of any amount of tax which would make a product almost 50% more expensive in another country, especially since if it was paid for in Euro's you'd only be paying £92 roughly

for all i know the pending transaction could disappear on me but there was also another one for $.50 could be the company you're with too *shrugs* i Hope it doesn't tank out on you

I just tried this, and I got through on my first try. I FINALLY have my copy pre-ordered, after two hours of frustration.
