I'm a fan of option 2 for both the swimsuit and hair color. You see them so rarely you would be sure to stand out and with your fairly neutral skin-tone, that purple would go great.

I knew I was missing one of the swimsuits xD need to dig through my retainers.

and I have pale / pinkish skin irl and brown eyes, so don't think blueish tone would work there for me xD
