I think it's best to open using power surge slightly before the pull, when the tanks pull macro is at 1s is best. Then:

PS > (tank pulls) HT > BFB > ID > IR > DIS > X-pot > CT > jump > PH > Sweep > TT > DFD > VT > LS > FT > SSD (IR falls off after SSD, BFB/x-pot after next gcd)

This opener ensures that BFB/IR/xpot are up for all the weaved in oGCD's. Also prevent any slight delays from using 2 ogcd together

ht>(ir)>impulse>(ps)(bfb)>dis>(x-pot)>ct>(jump)>phle>(dfd)>tt>(ssd)>vt>(ls)>ft(sweep)>ht>tt>...

ps->bfb has never given me a single frame of missed gcd personally

if you xpot before disembowel then you'll have it for the 220 pot disembowel as opposed to the 170 pot ht after.

you can fit in ir+bfb and leg sweep+powersurge without delays even with my 46x skillspeed.

Life Surge and those four can be paired within a GCD, as long as you have good latency. Other cooldowns will want their own GCD for sure.

HT/IR/ID/BFB/DIS/PS/X-POT/CT/JUMP/PHEL/Leg Sweep/TT/SS/VT/LS/FT/DD as opener working great for me so far when xpot is ready again its up with bfb/ir as well

I've optimised it further to be

mainly cause the animation allowance is better on PH than on TT.

Did 2039 crit on FT with party, buttons and xpot on a dummy @ ilvl 113, HA weapon. Just for all info

2603 with the i130 weapon+xpot during t12 with trick attack `-`

my alt drg has more gear than my main nin (3 dreadwyrm, all bis vs 0+magitek daggers that i bought this week)

game is telling me to ditch nin and back to drg and make my longinus. doesn't help that my static has no strength party buff either
