Same to you, hopefully Yoshi-P nightmares stop and you can find solace in something else instead of being salty 24/7.

The devs have been doing a great job bringing us new things and improving them. It’s just really boring. No meaningful longevity. Everything is a treadmill. I completed 6.1 in less than 24 hours. There’s nothing to collect or explore in the open world. No secret collectibles no 100% map completion. Just bleh. You can skip 24 man raid completely after 1 run. The final raid boss music is cool is nice and refreshing. The 6.1 extreme fight is poor quality compared to all of extremes. No cool transition or epic song. Please stop using the big fat taco song. The new 6.1 PvP isn’t hard but it’s boring to grind out for the new reward structure. I’m stuck on level 5 of the new PvP rewards. I can’t stomach doing the crystal mode again. It’s not fun.
The story has new refreshing conversation choices. The story seems to be heading for us to be a big hero again with the power of friendship.
The news about graphical updates is disheartening when the core treadmill system of battle and crafting is always the same. New graphics are great but the gameplay is what matters to me.
The fate system is horrible especially introducing a gems for fates. Having to hit 100 combo rotations for one fate boss who spams 2 or 3 moves is poor quality. Spam your combo. Fate boss casts AOE, everyone out and then back in and repeat.
I can’t play old Extreme or savages the way they were intended unless I find like minded people. I wish they were solo friendly after new expansions or something. I would love to be able to go back a tweak the setting in these fight so I can solo them. Why not give us this option. Every gear that a retainer brings me goes into the smelter anyways. I’m glad solo content is coming around and we need more.
Wish there was were more collectibles to find I the world. Up in a tree or under water. The world look beautiful but do the devs waste time developing certain places on the map no one would visit? Put a target target collectibles payers have to hit to unlock.
When I bring up threads in these forums during the past about bugs, missing things, or qualities of life the game could bring, I tend to be outspoken about them because either they get ignored completely or I get a rather vague answer from both the devs and the players. I guess now is a good time and any to try to say something. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
So... what? We need to kiss a little bit of dev ass before we're allowed to post criticism? Gotta say your Hail Marys first? You people are insufferable, if there's issues we're going to TALK ABOUT THEM, and as they get larger and genuinely ruin people's gameplay experience like the housing situation we can't be wasting our breath trying to soften the blow. Especially not when the devs have only been getting worse and worse about not listening to us, to the point where it almost seems they're proud of the fact. Or what, are you trying to accuse Kizuya of being a rabid hater who doesn't actually play the game? Because it should be obvious by the content of his threads that he's not, and his input has been very much valid and appreciated by a lot of us. Threads like these are NECESSARY so people who also feel the game is headed in a negative direction can find others they agree with and offer their own viewpoints on it. And yes, this CAN and SHOULD be done across numerous threads covering different topics.
"Try saying something positive about the game!" = draw focus away from the issues
"Don't make so many threads, the devs only look at the longer threads!" = make criticism look localized into a single minority
"Stop derailing these threads talking about other things like the story!" = if you have a long thread happening, don't actually use it
Why would Yoshi-P even waste his time addressing the discourse surrounding the story and attempt to clarify by offering his and Ishikawa's interpretation of the story in a LL if it wasn't controversial? If it wasn't, he could've simply ignored it, but he didn't, so...
