People advertising they're running Parsers

Sorry, but I've looked over your stuff, and it's still definitely on you, regardless of what others may be doing. You're missing a lot of GCDs, weaving as many as 9 abilities in between GCDs, messing up DoT uptime, and never applying Iron Jaws during your Raging Strikes window, just to name a few. Even if they are 'underperforming' by your standards in adds phase (which 1) they aren't, and 2) does count right now, by the way), there's plenty of room for improvement in your own rotation that I would focus on that first, and I wish you the best.

this is the perfect example of why parsers and fflogs are godsend for this game

"everyone is cheating" till we see the only problem is that you are not even 5% of the good player you think you are

My own thoughts on this.

I'm always far more impressed by a player who acknowledges where they can improve and work to overcome it, because then you will know they will be up for future challenges, ready to put in and learn, as opposed to someone who thinks they are at the peak already.

How often can you warm the floor and still kill the boss without anyone being allowed to say anything more than "good job!" before you start believing that warming the floor was indeed a "good job"? Square Enix enables and supports these people to get carried by others to the point that they start believing in their own delusions of grandeur.

One thing the game does need to do, and why parsers are useful. You cannot see what your crit chance, direct hit chance, or direct crit chances are with out a parser.
I like parses too cause you can check it out FFanalysis and see what abd where you can improve on your gameplay and what sort of things you are doing wrong, how often you are doing them wrong, ways to improve uptime ect.

I value my time. Umm, yes it does. Either you've been fed entirely false information or how absolutely no idea how to read that particularly site and how its metrics work. The current top ranked group, of which everyone but the Sage parsed between 97-100 totaled 37,000 rDPS during adds. They even LB'd. I'll go you one better and link to Momo Sama's speed kill of EX2. (Obvious spoilers for those who haven't cleared the MSQ yet). You can clearly see during adds they pool all their raid buffs together. Before you say, "Well, that's a speed kill!" Yes, and it netted Momo 99%.

Add phases are only ever omitted f they have a static time limit. E8S would be an example of this. No amount of DPS will push that phase faster, thus making it advantageous to hold all your buffs. They specifically removed phases like this to address raid buff alignments being thrown off. Other examples are lengthily forced downtime. Neither current Primal has its add phases omitted.
