I remember SE saying there would be a discount for those who play 11 and 14. I believe it was something like $10. I could be totally insane though about it being that much... But they DID say there would be a discount.

I was going to say YES, however since reading about the language-specific servers, then NO. Unless they change their minds ( I hope).

Yes, I am aware of this. However my thoughts are that if they are hoping to build server populations they must have great, possibly unreasonable hopes that the near/ medium future will boost them enough to prevent them becoming too low.

I can pretty much guarantee you that the people that want to move to those servers avoid playing with the people that don't speak their language already, no nothing is really going to change from our perspective.

Unless the price is cheap...and I mean very cheap. I won't continue. My wife and I play together, so if the cost is remotely close to what other mmo charge. Forget it. I like the FF team but I don't really feel like funding a developement project that constantly changes the rules of the game while working and raising two children. They promise great things in future...but are we going to have to buy the new 2.0 release or do we just update what we have? I do enjoy the game at the moment and I appreciate their efforts. From what I gathered in their account settings I'm not sure if we are willing to budget that much for a game each month.

Lets keep this thread on the front page to keep the votes coming, really nice to see how many people are willing to stay or go.
