I'm a bit shocked that SE appears to be ignoring this problem. It just sends off a really bad message to the people who embraced the game early - that we don't matter.

mine is from gamestop, i had to call for them to gave me the code, and yesterday i got error 3, now i only get error 1, im like "WHAAAATTTT :O" its the same code how could it be wrong, im about to lose it, is there a way to contact SE?
If you think of any premier gaming company they all have one thing in common: good customer service. Valve, Blizzard, Riot, etc. All of those customers have good interaction with fans and good customer service. If this terrible service continues, there will not be many subscriptions from NA users.

At any rate, It's past the point of no return for the rest of us as it's ~2 hours to get to the front of the queue and chat's stated hours of operation claim they'll be done for the week in an hour and a half.
omg I'm #30 in queue and only 30 minutes til their customer service closes. this is my third try btw.
oh! i'm twenty, hopefully we don't get kicked :)
