Nah, while he wasn't being efficient, I would've probably left if I had that incompetent of a party, especially with both healers being incompetent. It would've been hella annoying to accommodate 7 people who are just.... not trying.
once had a sage have a meltdown over me and my friend shirking eachother in P7 Normal, he wanted to kick me lmao then he refused to heal and put kardia on himself and got kicked, was hilarious
Good. Arrogant assumptions pertaining to an inexperienced team's performance aside, No-one wants to listen to a pretentious tank who thinks he's too good for the team gloat anyway. I have no doubt that the chat box would quickly fill with "good riddance" messages following the departure of such an unpleasant attitude.
Today we no longer say "bro just die and reset, stop soloing this boss...", it would be: "bro use phoenix down!!! You don't have it?!"
'Interesting' one yesterday.
Queued Normal Trial roulette. M7 popped. Four players insta-bailed, with another two following in short order. Decided to leave too since the only other player (a Bard) remaining had nothing to say on the matter and by that point I thought it better to just queue again in the hopes of something more popular popping!
So I wanna point something out:
Raidwides are attacks that attack everyone in the raid, unless they're locked out of the boss room. Raidwides after certain percentages/instances of attack sequences will do an absolute boatload of damage that can and will most likely kill people outright if not mitigated.
So the three tanks I had in the Sandy Oreo raid earlier today, please, for the love of DUCKING LLYMLAEN, USE YOUR DUCKING PARTY-WIDE MITIGATION ON THE THIRD BOSS. It's the reason why we nearly wiped after the archduke finished his transition raidwide attack and had an absolute struggle-bus to get people back up and healed with repeated deaths from not having enough people for certain mechanics and unfortunate murder by overlap.
Yes, if any of you were wondering, I bore witness to almost 20 health bars magically disappear after the archduke finished his raidwide. Yes, my party managed to get off two healer lb3, one done by me and one done by my co-healer. Yes, the other parties hit their healer lb3s. Yes, you bet it was an absolute shitshow. Yes, at most during certain points we had 7 people up in total until the healer lb3s went off.
I need a drink.
Honestly the one thing that most players in this game will tell people who are new to a raid in general is to go in completely blind, but then when they start messing up mechanics then of course they start ruining the experience for everyone else. Funny thing is the exact opposite in wow and most players there will tell you to watch a video first and learn what to do and then raid.
Basically what I'm getting from this is that you had three fresh tanks who didn't know what they were doing and just made your job a lot more harder.
