What will be done about the auto-harvesting(fishing, mining, botany) bots that instantly teleport from location to location, ruining our economy and giving a huge unfair gain in resources or Gil?

First of all, I would like to thank you and your team for making such a wonderful reboot of Final Fantasy XIV. You guys have done a TREMENDOUS job! I would like to inquire the state of customer support especially in the North Americas region. I'm not sure if you're aware, but many people have not been able to log into their accounts due to them being suspended and locked out due to hackers. Is anything being done in order to expedite the process so that players can go back to enjoying this great game that Square Enix has put together?

Just create a separate Gear Set for each Class/Job: ACN, SMN, SCH. The equipped soul stones will determine the Gear Set.

Will SE implement a guild trade player/laborer finder for those seeking certain level weapons and armor maker at their current level? Instead of just using the market board to find weapons and armor, which might not be available, listings for trade/guild laborers who are currently online? At certain points, it becomes frustrating to upgrade weapons or find those quality guild trade laborers when reaching level 40 and higher.

Will we ever have cross-data center instance matchmaking, such as NA/EU players playing with JP players?

Here are my questions:

1) Is SE planning to resize the summon egi to be a little bigger? As the current model is too small to give you that Summoner class feel

2) Dodging AOE in FFXIV seems to be bugged as mentioned before, is there gonna be any fix for this?

Please let us extend or subscription, it's silly that we can't extend our subscription just because we are currently have active subscription. Thanks to this now I have to wait next month till I can claim the veteran rewards. Look at some of us who have both PC and PS3 version, they have 60 days free game time, and they won't be able to claim any vet rewards until this two months period ends. I hope there's game time card in NA, but that seems not gonna happen anytime.

There's Game Time Card from UGC but that thing doesn't add game time to your account, only Crysta to your account that will not be charged UNTIL the current subscription ends, what the heck we're supposed to do with all the crystas laying around in My Account that can't be used.

Do you have any plans on implementing European data centres?

I would like to know what's planned to balance the tanks in this game, currently in endgame warriors cannot handle tanking and don't compete with the dps. So I really want to know the plans to balance them out
