All these people upset about "underage lgbt representation" being "inappropriate" only see LGBT people as sex objects and somehow have forgotten that teens have romantic relationships without any kind of sexual activity all the time. Some of the most famous literature of all time is about teenage relationships. It's only deemed inappropriate when it's LGBT people for the simple reason that a whole lot of people can only see LGBT people as sex objects. Which is pretty ironic, truth be told. Meanwhile those same people will go out and try to play match-up with their toddlers at the park. Talking about how their barely walking child is "such a flirt." Or purchase onesies that say things like "Lady Killer."

LGBT people were/are also teenagers at one point and we have/had non-sexual relationships. Romance between any two teenagers is not inappropriate as long as you keep it out of the gutter and don't force sexual behavior into them when it's not even present.

the majority of the thread are people of various sexualities, most of them gay and lesbian, saying that they don't see the apparent romantic relationship and just a friendship (canon btw) and that they do not like that a minority are pushing their romance headcanon as the one truth, said minority attacking and insulting the first group throughout the whole topic, for example by calling them bigots for politely disagreeing, fake gays because a true gay wouldn't disagree or like you, go on wild assumptions

I never said anything about "true gays" or "fake gays" so I'll ignore that part because why you're attributing that to me I'll never understand. As for "lgbt and cishets don't do that" yes, they do. Parents do this nonsense all the time. I've seen strangers comments on my godson's looks talking about how he's gonna "break all the ladies hearts." (he's seven, gross) There's literally apparel you can buy for infants that forces a sexuality on them. This isn't some made up nonsense, it's literally a google search away. You can buy the trash on amazon probably.

Anyway, I didn't say all straight people act a certain way, I never said all gay people act a certain way. I simply made a statement about some of the sentiment in this thread. You happened to fall under the umbrella of "people who can only see lgbt people as sex objects" based on post (some of which quoted above) in this very thread- that's not commenting on your personal sexuality. I don't know you, your gender or your sexuality. My comment was a response to a sentiment you happened to have voiced yourself (that thing I quoted of you literally saying it). All the other stuff about "true" and "fake" gays is irrelevant because I have no horse in that race.

I didn't imply that any entire group of people does anything, and if it seems like I did, I wasn't being clear enough. I'm responding to the things I've read is this actual thread, and experiences I've had.

As for whether Ryne and Gaia are a thing, I literally could not care. I sat next to my boyfriend when the giant rainbow crystal appeared on his screen, pointed at it and said, "Ha! Gay!" and that's all I've cared to think about it myself. If other people interpret a story differently who tf cares? I can see it being interpreted that they are, and also that they are just friends. Either way NEITHER ONE IS A PROBLEM and everyone arguing about it needs to get a grip.
